Fern Gardens Apartments

Fern Gardens is managed by Amitel Incorporated and consists of two garden-style apartment buildings that were built in 1962.  We purchased the property in 1980 and have operated it ever since.  It is conveniently located in Crystal City next to a nice residential neighborhood and close to shopping, dining, entertainment, and public transportation.

The entire property is approximately 35,000 square feet with 30 units—15 one bedrooms, 14 two bedrooms and 1 efficiency. Each building has a community laundry and a mail center.

During the time we've owned and operated Fern Gardens, we have always tried to provide apartments that are a good value.  We believe the apartments offer a great combination of space, location, amenities, and price.

Our management office is located at Americana Hotel, just 1 mile from Fern Gardens, so we're always here if you need us!  Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can assist you.

Who We Are

Amitel Incorporated is a local property management company that also manages Americana Hotel, The Inn of Rosslyn, and Williamsburg Apartments. 

We're family owned and operated and pride ourselves on providing personal service to all of our customers.  Before long,  you'll be on a first name basis with our whole team--whether in leasing, maintenance, or management!
