At Fern Gardens, we offer both a housekeeping service and a linen service that you can choose according to your needs. For more information, be sure to ask our leasing manager!

Housekeeping Service
For as little as $40/visit, we will provide housekeeping services.
Linen Service
For as little as $10/per bedroom/visit, we will exchange the towels and bed sheets provided with our furnished apartments. We will remove the used linens from the bathrooms and bedroom(s) and replace them with freshly laundered items.
Note: Linen service is only available in conjunction with our Housekeeping Service.
Package Acceptance
As a complimentary service, we will hold your packages at Americana Hotel in case you do not want them delivered to your apartment.
